The bachelor thesis is focussed on on-line marketing communication with cosmetic studio Mis-sys. The Theoretical part describes the basic concepts of marketing which are used in the analytical part. The analytical part charakteristics basic information about the company and its actual state. Based on retrieved information from analyzes and questionnaire survey proposes solutions to issues and their benefits follow in the practical part.

The presented thesis aim is to establishment a competitive business on a basis of a well prepared, viable business plan. A sport center will be designed for its purpose. The sport center wíll offer physical activities, space rental, its own sales and hospitanty. Porter’s Five Force Analysis, SLEPTE Analysis, Market Survey by Questionnaire Survey and SWOT Analysis were used to solve the problem. Privotal chapter is Custom design solutions, which are devided according to the individual subchapter of the business plan. The aim of the thesis is to create a small business.

The aim of this thesis is to work out demand for various kinds of commodities of current consumption by conducting a survey. From the polled data, a function of price demand elasticity of selected commodities is drawn up, on which suggestions to sellers for turnover maximization is based.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma orgnizační kultura a její vliv na chod regionální pobočky pojišťovny XYZ. Nejprve byly objasněny teoretické poznatky týkající se organizační kultury a jejího hodnocení. Dále byl uskutečněn polo strukturovaný rozhovor, dotazníkové šetření a provedena obsahová analýza interních dokumentů. Na základě zjištěných informací byla navržena opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stavu z pohledu organizační kultury.

This diploma thesis solve problematic of personnel costs in a construction industry. In theoretical part is described construction industry as a field, defined bussiness costs and personnel costs. Practical part is analyzing personnel costs in a construction industry by questionnaire survey and controlled interviews with representatives of enterprises. The research findings are summarised in conclusion and recommendations for construction companies in the area of personnel costs are proposed.

The thesis deals with the human resources in chosen hospital facility. The aim of the thesis is to give proposals to optimize recruitment process and the subsequent adaptation of new employees in the organization and to make them more efficient. The research will be carried out through a questionnaire survey with in-house staff and a structured interview with superiors and management. Based on the results found, changes will be proposed to improve the aforementioned business processes.

Master’s thesis engages in the analysis of customer satisfaction at PROFIcomms Company s.r.o. and recommendations for its improvement. The theoretical part is focused on the method of calculating the customer satisfaction index and customer loyalty index. Then, there are described methods of receiving information, which is proceeded through questionnaire analysis. In the practical part, there is made an analysis of PROFIcomms Company s.r.o. and obtained information from the questionnaire is evaluated in detail. Based on the evaluation measures, changes and strategies to increase customer satisfaction at PROFIcomms Company s.r.o. are proposed.
